Monster Cookies
For those of you who have asked for this receipe here it is a last!!! Keep in mind it makes a ton, but you can always freeze some. Hope you enjoy!
6 Eggs
2 1/2 C. Brown Sugar (Packed)
2 C. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. White Karo Syrup
4 tsp. Baking Soda
2 1/2 C. Peanut Butter
1/2 lb. Butter (Don't melt, just take it out prior to soften)
9 C. Quick Oatmeal
1 1/4 C. Chocolate Chips
1 1/4 C. M & M's
Mix in order given. Make large balls and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Leave on cookie sheet a little while before removing. After the 8-10 minutes they don't look done, but really they are!

I don't know if these are the ones your mom used to make when we were little but if they are, I'm super excited. I'm going to give them a try...
Your monster cookies are the BEST! I think the baking of these is best left to the Master Monster Mama--YOU!!! The ones you gave us from our first camping trip together we froze, then brought with us the last time...it was almost like you were there:)
